When the police call

It is vitally important that you are aware of your rights, particularly your right to silence when the police call you for an interview. The police engage many techniques in order to obtain the answers they want. It is important to know that the police are permitted to lie in an interview/interrogation. The only time to ever provide a statement is after you have discussed the matter with a lawyer.

Bail hearings

Possibly one of the most important stages of a criminal matter.

The right to reasonable bail is vital to ensure that the justice system runs efficiently, effectively, and avoids miscarriages of justice and false convictions.

Most criminal matters resolve without a trial. It is through careful preparation and strategy that negotiation is most effective.

If negotiation does not result in a resolution that makes sense to you we are prepared to proceed to trial on your matter. With over 25 years of trial experience we work with you so that so are prepared for your trial and so that we can present your case to the court in the most effective manner.
